A very good and encouraging initiative by our government which lets public lodge their complaints/grievances directly with the government which they might face in dealing with government officials in various departments like Railways, Banks, Posts, Telecom, Agriculture, Petroleum and Natural Gas, Civil Aviation, Shipping, Road transport and many more.
